Mario M. Harper is the founder and sole proprietor of Low Country’s Best Heating and Cooling, LLC and Low Country’s Best Construction, LLC, dba LCB Contracting Solutions (LCB). LCB is a nineteen (19) year old privately held full-service general contracting company. LCB is licensed in SC for residential/commercial construction, mechanical services (HVAC and Plumbing), and electrical contracting.

Through LCB, Mario participates in a synergistic variety of real estate services, including commercial and residential real estate investing, commercial land development, residential and commercial construction, rapid response repair for national insurance providers, home remodeling through major retail outlets, and state-supported home rehabilitation and repair for commercial/residential properties.

Mario has owned and operated several successful businesses throughout the Southeast, wherein he acquired experience in financial consulting, logistics, sales support, mortgage services, business development, and real estate.

Mario’s most recent business endeavor is the acquisition of the non-profit entity, Charis Community Development Corporation, Inc., where he currently serves as the agency’s Executive Director. He is also the current Board Chair for the ClearDot Charter School in Columbia, South Carolina.

Mario possesses 25 years of focused real estate investing experience with an emphasis on speculative construction and land development for residential communities. Additionally, he has more than 28 years of extensive working knowledge in new company start-ups, operations, and business development.

Prior to the start of LCB Contracting Solutions, LLC, Mario served as the Vice President of Operations for the logistics organization of Piedmont Interstate and the Corporate Director of Industrial Engineering and Sales Support for New Breed Corporation of Greensboro, NC (currently XPO Logistics). In these positions, he provided engineering consulting and operation support for organizations such as Avon, Sony, the US Postal Service, Verizon, Siemens Medical Systems, and Boeing.

Mario is also the Co-Owner of the Integrated Financial Services Group, LLC (a former mortgage company that now invests in real estate and provides financial literacy and training for endeavoring entrepreneurs).

Mario is a graduate of Wofford College, where he was a four-year letterman and team captain (1992–1993) of the basketball team. He attended Wofford on a full athletic scholarship and graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics in 1993. He later received a Master of Science in Industrial Engineering from Clemson University.

Mario resides in Summerville, SC and is the proud father of two children:
